Isabella Alamillo

I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (Registration Number AFMT135075) supervised by Nancy Cruz-Biller (License Number MFT40178). I earned my Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University and my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, and families in various areas of treatment, with a focus on anxiety and depression. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy, seeking to tailor the experience to each client’s needs.

I draw upon different modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy. My passion is to empower people and help build up communities. My approach to therapy is warm, reflective, curious, and collaborative. I aim to enter the therapeutic space with compassion and understanding and facilitate an environment where clients can engage in self-discovery and exploration.
