Our staff will perform a courtesy review of your benefits using the information you provide and if you need help, we will do our best to explain to you your coverage and cost (if any) in plain English. Cash or Out Of Network Patients
If you do not have insurance, or have insurance with a company with whom we do not currently partner, you have the option to pay out of pocket. Our fees vary based on the therapist’s license type . If appropriate, we can work on a sliding scale to provide you with care that fits within your budget. If you have a PPO plan with out of network benefits, and we are an ‘out of network’ provider, we can provide a “Super Bill”, which is a document similar to an invoice that outlines the care a patient has received and, if you have paid out-of-pocket, includes all the information you need to potentially be reimbursed by your health insurance, according to your coverage.
