Join Our Team

When you work at Together Family Counseling you play an integral role in our company’s mission to improve the lives of our clients, and in turn improve the lives of their family and friends, extending to the communities in which we live. 

We are always looking for compassionate, experienced and professional team members that share our passion for helping others improve their mental health and their lives in general.

We are currently hiring licensed clinicians, licensed supervisors and pre-licensed clinicians that have a deep, innate passion for helping others.

Licensed Therapist (License Types: Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a natural inclination towards helping others and understands the importance of mental health to one’s ultimate happiness and success.
  • Has 1+ years post-licensure with recent experience seeing a variety of client s, including teens and young adults.
  • Is detail-oriented and adept at writing succinct progress notes efficiently.
  • Has previously been contracted with some insurance companies – OR –  the flexibility and patience to submit applications (with our help) and ability to wait for approval  to be completed while building a caseload.

*Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement.

Licensed Supervisor (License Types: Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has experience supervising and the heart of a teacher.
  • Has a natural inclination towards helping others and understands the importance of mental health to one’s ultimate happiness and success.
  • Has 2+ years post-licensure with recent experience seeing a variety of client s, including teens and young adults.
  • Is detail-oriented and adept at writing succinct progress notes efficiently.
  • Has previously been contracted with some insurance companies – OR –  the flexibility and patience to submit applications (with our help) and ability to wait for approval to be completed while building a caseload.

 

Associate (BBS-Registered AMFT, ACSW, APCC)

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a natural inclination towards helping others and understands the importance of mental health to one’s ultimate happiness and success.
  • Has accumulated 50% of the total number of hours required for licensure (may be offset by experience).
  • Is detail-oriented and adept at writing succinct and timely progress notes.
  • Is open-minded and eager to learn.
  • Is receptive to constructive feedback in the interest of improving as a clinician.

*Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement.
