Yes. We are accepting new patients, although we are unable to guarantee immediate appointments. When you call our office, we will first ask you several questions to determine how we can best help you. Because there are several variables involved, we need to ask you these questions in order to determine appointment availability. Some of these variables include: If you are using insurance, which insurance company? Are you seeking in-person or telehealth (video) appointment? What type of help are you seeking? What is your availability for appointments?
Yes, in our newly renovated, welcoming offices in the city of Covina (91724).
We do not provide emergency care outside of regularly scheduled visits. If you feel you are having an emergency, the recommended first course of action is to call 988 (Psychiatric Emergency) or 911.
If your emergency is not life-threatening but you need immediate assistance or feel you need to speak to someone right away, here are some suggestions:
Call a trusted family member or friend
If your insurance has one, call their crisis hotline. (look on the back of your insurance card)
Call a national hotline (suicide hotline): 1-800-273-TALK (8255) | www.suicidepreventionlifeline.org
Crisis Text Line: Go to www.crisistextline.com to open an anonymous chat with a crisis counselor, or Text HOME to 741741 to anonymously text on your smartphone with a crisis counselor 24hrs
