Michelle Phillips

I seek to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for processing and healing. I am committed to helping individuals, including adults, children, adolescents, teens, and families, experience healing and growth to thrive and live full, abundant lives – emotionally, mentally and physically. 

My Specialties: I specialize in Person Centered Therapy, and a Family Systems approach as well as work with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with objective of understanding thoughts, feeling and actions. I aspire to create a safe environment for those to unpack their thoughts and feelings, recognize their strengths and work towards becoming the best version of themselves. I am passionate about supporting clients who are experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief/loss and stressful life changes. I am committed to understanding goals, working together to achieve the best success and providing pathways for growth.
