Together we can make it better. We're here for you.

Audriana Gregorio

I earned my Master of Science degree in Psychology from Cal Poly Pomona, where I participated in several years of neuropsychological research and completed the Marriage and Family Therapy program. My approach to therapy is based on attachment theory and I aim to help my clients increase their own self-
awareness and gain greater insight about behavioral patterns and how they relate to others by exploring their past. I have experience in treating a diverse population of people struggling from anxiety, severe depression, grief and loss, trauma, childhood abuse, partner abuse, low self-esteem, and relationship-related issues. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples and families begin their journey towards healing and happiness. I provide a warm, compassionate safe space, where clients can confidently navigate their healing process, improve their mental health and learn how to develop strong, positive relationships in all areas of their lives.
As a therapist, I have a special interest in working with teens, young adults, and couples. I work with teens and young adults struggling with stress, anxiety and depression that can come with identity exploration, challenging life transitions and interpersonal relationships. I also work with couples who are struggling with
relationship conflicts, trust issues, and the emotional trauma that can result from betrayal and infidelity. I help couples reconnect and grow together by drawing upon their strengths both as individuals and as a couple, and I provide psycho education to help couples acquire the skills they will need to face future relationship challenges with confidence and solve conflicts together as a team.
I look forward to meeting with you and helping you achieve the happiness and quality of life you deserve.
